The BLK Collective Media Group is a creator-first media ecosystem founded in 2026 and headquartered in Los Angeles, California. Built to create sustainable infrastructure for creators across film, entertainment, animation, gaming, and digital media, the organization operates through four interconnected entities: The BLK Collective Foundation, a nonprofit providing education, workforce development, and mentorship including the Creative XCHNG Series, its flagship training platform; The BLK Film & Entertainment Collective, a film festival, infotainment conference and live event platform; The BLK Collective Production Studios, a premium content production company with offices in Los Angeles, Chicago, and Atlanta; and The Reel Collective, a mobile-first vertical streaming platform.
Our media collective is led by founding partners Kelli S. Moore, Jacqueline Blaylock, and Kirkland Morris, with Dr. Tiffini Bowers serving as Executive Director of The BLK Collective Foundation. Our mission is to help guide creators from creation to ownership through a vertically integrated system of education, production, distribution, and community engagement.

Rooted in lived experience across education, operations, and creative production, our work centers on sustainability, collaboration, and continued learning.
We believe growth is not limited or defined by how one enters the industry, but by the tools, knowledge, and community that allow voices to evolve and endure. Through our film festival, conferences and live events, our educational initiatives, technology platforms, and nonprofit programs, The BLK Collective creates spaces where storytellers are supported, seen, and positioned for long term growth.
