The BLK Collective Foundation is the nonprofit arm of The BLK Collective Media Group and the educational engine powering the entire ecosystem.

We meet creatives where they are, honor diverse learning styles, and help translate curiosity, lived experience, and untapped skills into industry-ready opportunities. Education is not an extension of our work, it is the foundation.

We exist to close the gap between potential and preparation by providing practical, inclusive learning experiences connected to real opportunities within the entertainment industry.

Through education, mentorship, and workforce development, we ensure creatives are not only discovered but supported, prepared, and positioned for long-term success.

What We Do
  • Host an online and in-person Creative XCHNG Series for beginners and experienced filmmakers & content creators.
  • Provide access to tools, platforms, and certification pathways through trusted partners.
  • Support internship and workforce development programs
